Angelo, Mike and I were down running in the Wokingham half marathon today in almost ideal running conditions (i.e. absolutely baltic). Huge chunks off all our PBs! 1:12:19 on a slight negative split for me – it’s still sinking in! I can forget about Glasgow now… let’s hope this one wasn’t short! Angelo and Mike had a great smackdown which saw Mike just make it over the line 7 seconds ahead of Angelo in 1:23:18 cleaving off on average about 2 minutes each
